For decades now we have gone down the street for tires on all of cars and been very happy. We went to that same place yesterday as usual but they would only take cash and the nearby ATM was down so that’s had we found this place and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The service, value. And warranty are EXCEPTIONAL. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much. You have a new lifetime family of customer and all generations of our family and friends

I had a fantastic experience with Driver’s Edge! From the moment I walked in, Travis made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the repairs to my vehicle, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very fair, and the customer service was second to none. It’s not often you find a shop that’s both honest and committed to making sure customers are taken care of, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend Driver’s Edge to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto repairs at a great price. I’ll definitely be returning if I ever need vehicle repairs in the future. Thanks again to Travis and the entire team for providing such an outstanding experience!

The lovely Mrs. Bickerstaff had a blowout 😮 on PGBT and was able to get her car to the Driver’s Edge store. Great service! Our customer service person was very friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable about the situation and what was needed to get her back on the road home. Took less than an hour, even without an appointment! Even if you need “regular” tire service, give them a try.

Let me say this. I changed a bunch of suspension components and needed an alignment as you should once you do that. Reached out and confirmed they had an in ground setup since I have a lowered vehicle. Made my appointment and arrived slightly early was greeted with a smile and a cheerful entry. The gentleman at the front explained that while they can do their best, dialing in the camber may be hard given the nature of the car. I stated that ideally I just needed the toe lined up (as my steering was all kinds of crazy now). Not only did they get my toe insanely good, they got me dialed in better than I was before, which was very good btw, and all in all was a fairly quick process. I know you are reading it waiting for the negative or complaint but I have none. Friendly folks, people I trust with my vehicle, and have rightfully earned that vote of confidence. I would come in for other services as I feel they are very fair, friendly, and set expectations well. Outstanding job to all of team there.

When that ugly orange light with the clipart engine showed up, I did what an experienced driver does... I stopped driving and got a code read to identify the vehicle failure that created a fault code condition. I've never been to any Driver's Edge before, so this was my initial observation and opinion. Travis, the service writer on duty when I arrived, promptly pulled my code for me and gave me some diagnostic direction to consider. Nothing was pushed on me and there was no effort to make a harmless condition seem more spooky to capitalize on the consumer's fear. He was honest, which I was measuring. Now I know I can trust this place to look at my vehicles in greater confidence. The shop is clean and well-appointed for vehicle care. Tires and batteries are available on hand as well. It would appear to me the Firewheel area has a new vendor worthy of your consideration for inspections, repairs, and diagnostics. Good job guys!
